After one year of thorough research and study we three partners each with M.Tech in Heat & Power identified there is a huge gap of affordable quality products in compressed air products and decided to manufacture Air Dryers,Air Compressor,Air Filters etc.

We humbly and sincerely request you to do not compare our product simple on price to price basis because

A)Our Refrigerated Air Dryers are specifically designed for humid and tropical conditions. They come in the range of 5 CFM-200 CFM with Max operating pressure of 15 Bar. The Dryer Canopy is prepared from 1.5 mm thick Galvanized Metal Sheet and laser cut for smooth finish unlike many products which are made in MS Pipe Frame. It is Powder coated with anticorrosion Paint unlike others where blue color enamel paint is applied.
 
B)The Heart of Any Refrigerated Air Dryer is its Evaporator & Condenser. We carried out in-house design and mfg. of evaporator which is Copper Tube-FIN-Baffle type not a simple copper helical coil used in 90% of the products.
 
C)The Compressor is of either Emerson or Danfoss Make and Fan is of High cool make only unlike cheap Chinese products used in most of the dryers.
 
D)The digital Temp Indicator, Pressure gauge along with unique volume liquid accumulator which is absent in most of the brands.
 
E)Our Refrigerated Dryers comes with Heavy Duty Air Prefilter with it whereas most others sell it separately.

The Surprising part is we still able to provide our Air Dryers at same neck to neck cost with most of the brands simple because we are really manufactures not traders with our own 4000 SQ FEET Factory set up who can operate with fewer margins.

Hydrostatic testing of each Product is performed at Air Side & same test report will be provided with each delivered product.
Refrigeration system is cleaned, purged and evacuated before it is charged with refrigerant.
Dryers are tested for any leakage at our in-house designed test set up before shipment.

B)The Heart of Any Desiccant Air Dryer is its Desiccant Material. We use very high quality Activated Alumina balls for efficient purge control.

C)The Towers of Dryer are manufactured using 5MM Thick MS Pipe and laser cut for smooth finish. Anticorrosive paint with powder coat is then applied.

D)The digital Temp Indicator and Pressure gauge is also provided which is missing in many other products.

E)Our Desiccant Dryers comes with Heavy Duty Air Prefilter with it whereas most others sell it separately.
